Today's Family reunions offer a wide variety of destinations.  With proper planning, enough lead time, a firm, realistic budget, positive thoughts and healthy enthusiasm, you too, with the help of Travel Team, can put together an incredible event that your family will thank you for over and over!

WHERE DO I START?
Well, this page is a very good beginning.

  • Bookmark our site and write down our toll free number 888-454TRIP (8747)

  • Start your list by writing down ALL Family members, immediate and relatives, that you can think of.  Use you parents, siblings, Uncles and Aunts to help you.  You probably will need to form a committee for this project.

  • Next, you want to have a pow-wow with your immediate Family to determine a budget.  This is what you feel each individual can realistically afford ($300/per person to $2,000/per person).

  • Next you have to come up with a date that makes sense for your group (you WILL NOT be able to please everyone!).  A minimum of 6 months is usually ample time for people to make a decision, and is often necessary to secure space for a destination.

  • Now, the fun part.  You have to decide where you would like to have this festive gathering.  Think about the purpose:  you want everyone to be able to get reaquainted to long-lost relatives as well as have a good time.   Here are just a few suggestions:
    *A 3-Day Cruise (BEST VALUE) - lots of activities; very price effective;  lots of meeting spaces;  "something for everyone";  children's activities;  all food and some beverages (non-alcoholic) included
    *2 Nights Las Vegas, Nevada -     easy to get to;  good room rates;  #2 destination spot in the U.S;  good rates on Banquet rooms;  family oriented (finally!);   lots of activities (aside from gambling)
    *3 Nights Cancun, Mexico -     very good package rates;  lots of families go to Cancun;  beautiful beaches;  wide variety of things to do
    *Punta Cana, Dominican Republic - the "new" Cancun
    *Lake Tahoe, CA -     one of the most scenic spots in the U.S.;  lots of summertime activities; great lake beaches for group gatherings;   Casinos;  fishing, hiking and camping
         *Castle in Jamaica - for a truly unique family gathering;  lots of space;  incredible view!
    *Think of your own destination - there's a lot out there!
