Enjoy the hotel’s beach. Rent an
inflatable raft or take a ride on a banana boat. Lunch on the beach or at an open-air
restaurant overlooking the beach or pool. |

Take in the some shopping in the Hotel
Zone, a bus or cab ride away from most hotels. Go to one of the big malls for
international goods. Try one of the flea markets for inexpensive handcrafts. Stop for a
pina colada or a margarita at one of the many mall restaurants. |
| 4 - 6pm |
Take a swim or arrange for a massage at the
hotel spa before dinner. |
| 6 - 7pm |
Have a drink at the lobby bar of your hotel
or one of the other area hotels. Listen to the tropical music and plan for the next day. |
| 7pm |
Dine at one of the many top-rate hotel
restaurants or other excellent venues in the Hotel Zone and downtown, then whirl the night
away at Dady’O, La Boom, Christine or other nightclub. |
| DAY 2: |

Arrive at one of the local marinas. Board a
wave-runner for a jungle tour through the mangroves with a stop for snorkeling at a coral
reef. |

Lunch on the lagoon at El Shrimp Bucket or
Mango Tango |
| 2pm |
Take a taxi downtown. Stroll down Av.
Tulum, with stops along the way for shopping for silver jewelry or pottery at the open-air
markets. |
| 6pm |
Take a sunset dinner cruise on the lagoon. |
| DAY 3: |

| 8am |
Early breakfast at hotel |
| 9am |
Depart Xcaret terminal in Hotel Zone for
day trip to Xcaret, including swim through underground river, snorkeling, botanical garden
and frolic with Xcaret dolphins. Stay for Xcaret night show featuring Mayan ceremonial
dances and Mexican folkloric ballet. Leave Excaret at 9:30pm for hotel. |

Leisurely breakfast at hotel. |
| 10am |
Rent a Volkswagen convertible from hotel
travel agency and drive down Highway 307 for a tour of the Mayan Riviera. Stop along the
way at Croco Cun (crocodile park) and Xel-ha , for snorkeling and a doze in the hammocks.
Finish with tour of Tulum ruins. Return to CANCUN. |

Cocktails, Mexican buffet and ballet
Folklorico performance at the Cancun Convention Center. |
| DAY 5: |

Leisurely breakfast at hotel. |

Tennis at the hotel, volleyball on the
beach, or play in the surf. |

Resort diving course with a CANCUN marina.
Experience your first supervised dive in shallow waters near CANCUN. |

Dinner by room service (you’ll be
